On August 27th, the Intersolar South America exhibition kicked off in São Paulo, Brazil. Being one of the largest and most influential solar PV exhibitions in Latin America, it brings together over 600 renowned companies from around the globe. Beny showed up at the exhibition and attracted numerous attendees and professionals with its integrated “PV + Energy Storage + EV Charging” solutions.
As one of the countries with the longest sunlight hours in the world, Brazil boasts abundant solar resources and has become the third-largest solar market globally. According to the Brazilian Association of Photovoltaic Solar Energy, Brazil’s installed PV capacity reached 38 GW in 2023 and is expected to surpass 45 GW by 2024. The country’s achievements in energy transition are remarkable, and the potential for growth in the solar PV market is immense.
To seize this market opportunity, Beny has made a comprehensive layout in the solar, storage, and EV charging sectors, providing integrated solutions for customers in Brazil and worldwide. Its product offerings include protective PV components, combiner boxes, rapid shutdown devices, microinverters, energy storage systems, and EV chargers.
Solar Power Solutions
Addressing the trend of increasing power output in PV modules, Beny’s flagship BYM2000/2400 series microinverters are the only products on the market with an output power of up to 2400W, compatible with high-power 650W solar panels. These inverters feature an 18A continuous input current and 4 independent MPPTs, maximizing solar energy utilization. They operate in temperatures ranging from -40°C to +70°C and come with a 25-year warranty. Notably, all Beny microinverters are eligible for the EX-TARIFF tax reduction policy, helping customers reduce investment costs. Additionally, Beny provides components, combiner boxes, and rapid shutdown devices to ensure the safety of DC power transmission and distribution for medium and large-scale solar plants.
Energy Storage Solutions
Against the backdrop of the intermittent nature of solar power generation, Beny has introduced a 100 kW/230 kWh liquid-cooling energy storage system. This system features an “All-in-One” design, integrating batteries, BMS, PCS, and other functional modules to meet various application needs. The prefabricated cabin design allows for flexible and convenient deployment, offering peak shaving, power expansion, emergency backup, grid balancing, capacity management, and multi-level parallel functions, with a lifespan of over 8,000 charge and discharge cycles.
Smart EV Charging Solutions
Beny offers both AC and DC EV charging solutions for customers. For instance, in the commercial sector, it provides the 150 kW floor-mounted dual-gun DC EV charger that supports OCPP 1.6 protocol and IP55 protection. It has various plug options to enhance charging efficiency. Shopping malls equipped with Beny’s DC charging stations can attract more electric vehicle owners, increase foot traffic, and generate additional revenue.
With a comprehensive product line, Beny is capable of offering integrated solutions for solar power generation, energy storage, and EV charging. This distinguishes the company in the market and enables it to meet the growing demand for sustainable energy solutions. Looking forward, Beny will continue to innovate, delivering safer, more efficient, and smarter one-stop solutions for its customers.
