Rooftop PV systems in Panama face high heat, dust, and grid uncertainty. To improve safety and reliability, BENY deployed its BFS-A1 module-level Rapid Shutdown (RSD) solution for faster response and better protection.
The BFS-A1 features an IP68-rated aluminum enclosure and a –40°C to +85°C operating range. It supports module-level rapid shutdown with auto shutdown at 100°C, auto shutdown on AC power loss, and manual emergency shutdown.
This project strengthens solar safety in Panama by enabling fast module-level protection, helping safeguard people, equipment, and PV systems.
