To support an industrial facility in Thailand transitioning toward electric truck operations, an integrated solar + storage + EV charging project was deployed to provide stable off-grid energy supply. The system connects photovoltaic generation, energy storage, and high-power charging within a unified architecture, enabling reliable clean energy operation independent of the grid.

BENY delivered an integrated solution supporting the 240kW MPPT Cabinet, 100kW / 241kWh air-cooled BESS, and 240kW DC fast charger, with all core components independently developed. The charger adopts a direct DC input and DC output architecture, different from conventional AC-input charging systems, enabling more efficient energy transfer and reduced conversion loss. The coordinated system design ensures smooth power flow and stable operation under high-temperature outdoor conditions.

The pure DC off-grid design reduces energy conversion losses while achieving zero electricity cost and zero fuel consumption, eliminating transformer investment and simplifying infrastructure deployment. BENY provides customized solar-storage-charging solutions based on project requirements, helping customers achieve optimized system performance and great ROI for industrial electrification.
