BENY Project | Energy Storage Supporting Stable Gas Station Operations in Argentina

BENY 100kW/230kWh Air Cooling ESS BYHV-230SAC Argentina

BENY deployed a 100kW/230kWh Air Cooling Energy Storage System at a gas station in Argentina to improve power stability during daily operations. Gas compressor start-ups create sudden power demand spikes, placing pressure on the local grid. The system works alongside an on/off-grid switching cabinet to perform peak shaving and maintain a stable energy supply.

The solution features an all-in-one integrated design combining energy storage, power conversion, and intelligent management. Equipped with 300Ah LFP batteries, it delivers ≥90% system efficiency with reliable performance. With IP55 protection, a C3 anti-corrosion rating, and an operating range of −30°C to +50°C, the system is built for demanding outdoor environments.

By reducing peak load impact and stabilizing equipment operation, the project enhances operational reliability and energy management flexibility. During commissioning, BENY engineers provided continuous software optimization and responsive technical support, ensuring smooth system integration and long-term performance.
