The first of many, many diapers to be changed.

In that diaper isn't quite poo...it's called meconium (mi-'kO-nE-um). The pronunciation is courtesy of Merriam-Webster, which defines it as "a dark greenish mass that accumulates in the bowel during fetal life and is discharged shortly after birth." Also given is the history of the word, which is Latin for "poppy juice." It's pretty gross stuff.
